The case was dismissed in 2011. David Crowe discusses the appeal of this dismissal with Celia and her lawyer, Andrew T. Miltenberg.
One of the pieces of evidence in the case was an email Richard Jefferys sent to the Semmelweis Foundation, after he discovered Celia Farber and Peter Duesberg were about to receive a whistleblower award:

“It is my understanding that you have accepted Celia Farber and Peter
Duesberg to give testimony at your tribunal. These individuals are not
whistleblowers, they are simply liars who for many years have used
fraud to argue for Duesberg’s long-discredited theory that drug use and
malnutrition — not HIV — cause AIDS. I can provide many, many
examples, including their altering of quotes from the scientific literature,
false representations of published papers, etc. They use instances of
genuine medical malpractice simply as ammunition to support their
erroneous ideas about HIV and AIDS (which Duesberg has said is
“caused by a lifestyle that was criminal twenty years ago”). The
inclusion of these individuals will, regrettably, discredit and demean
your efforts to support the very real issues of recrimination against
legitimate whistleblowers.”
For almost an hour the discussion covers both general issues of free speech, and where the right to an opinion crosses over into libel or other wrongs, as well as the specifics of the case.

You have the ‘cohones” !
I have to tell you , I certainly haven’t done 1/20th of PUBLIC whistleblowing” or investigave journalism ( 0%) , but as an alternative health and wellness educator ( sexuality included), that there is a LOT OF FLACK and disinformation that I have met with including not being taken seriously, judgment, reactivity, and closed- minded censorship. It has effected my career , even amongst my associates and peers .
Google has over 10 pages of articles both BY , FOR and AGAINST Celia Farber , it’s intense, exhausting, exhaustive.
I APPLAUD you, Heartily Celia and David for your careful courage and being “prophets of truth”, unsung heros -Truth telling, even tho you never call yourselves as such- you simply offer ‘alternative views’ and dare question the religious paradigm of the ’emperor having his beautiful , new clothes” !
I wanted Celia to know that I hold her in the VERY HIGHEST esteem – almost a saint , TRULY A HEROINE , for truth- telling and certainly for courageously honoring her father’s memory of truly investigative journalism !

but lastly, I wanted you and everyone to know that this is truly evil, that the mainstream system IS evil, malicious, Cartel, Mafioso- style bullying, and you can certainly investigate that this IS part of a deeper “rabbit hol”e to dis-inform, dis-empower, depress and de-populate the masses, esp. the well -reviled Gay population.

it is a logical step to view the ghastly, but inevitable and logical ( but hidden) consperacies within ALL aspects of society, so you , Celia happened to have bit off a bit of the Octopus’ tentacles, but if you care to view the magnitude of the actual beast, you can check it out.
These tentacles are wherever there is power information light and hope for folks to inform themselves to be truly healthy, powerful and independent of the system.
